The next chapter: supplements/goals/patterns/YouTube Channel 9/25/15

Hey everyone, happy Friday I hope this post finds you all joyous and healthy! Well, big news over here at the Kallstrom household, we finally got our wonderful nanny, Sissy. She will be staying with us for the next 3 months and we couldn’t be more thrilled!  Not only is it fun to introduce her to the beautiful U.S.A. and host her,  but I have babysitting again that will enable me to get back in the GYM!!!! YAY!!!!! I have not been to the gym in 1 ENTIRE month!!!!  YIKES!!!!

Although, I rarely eat poorly I have been eating out and indulging a tad more than normal this month. It is so easy to fall into a pattern, both good or bad. I love it when I fall into the “I go to the gym everyday” pattern, I don’t love the “I can’t go to the gym today, let’s go out and have dinner and drinks” pattern. I have been in the “dinner and drinks” pattern for a month now and my body is starting to visually show signs of my luxurious outings. Although, fun, I need to put the kibosh on it before it gets out of my control, and I have to start from scratch after all of my hard work to dump those 75 lbs in the past 6 months! Now, don’t get me wrong I am always an advocate for enjoying life, eating out, and having occasional drinks even while training hard. However, like I stated above it’s the less than healthy “patterns” that I need to steer clear of when training for my fitness goals!

So I am setting this Monday the 28th as the date now to start my “healthy pattern” again, and will resume my workouts with Scott Samuels on Tuesday the 29th! (DO YOU HEAR THAT SCOTT SAMUELS AT PUSHDT) I’m coming back!!!   I booked a big bikini/glamour shoot the first week in December, and need to step on the gas. I am ready, roaring, and chomping at the bit to get my butt in gear and hit it with all I got. I have been researching different supplement companies and carefully trying to make a decision on what new supplements I can add to my daily vitamin regiment to assist me in reaching the next level of my workout goals. So far I am leaning towards 1stphorm they get rave reviews and some of my friends in the fitness world like Allison Moyer and Karen Chapman use 1stphorm. They are both women I look up to when it comes to the care of our bodies, and Allison has recommend some of their supplements for me to take already. 1stphorm also seem to be a company with integrity, honesty, and quality, and since that is what Bringing Milfey Back embodies….. It seems like it may be a great fit, so  I will be sure to let you all know what I choose, when I start using them, and what results I see! I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!
