Bringing Milfey Back episode #7, I’m almost there! 7/20/15

Hi everyone, as you know I have been working really hard towards my fitness goals and I am ALMOST there! This week was a huge success for me in terms of getting into the gym. I trained with my trainer at PushDT 5 times, and did my own cardio and weights 2 times at a different gym. I made it into a gym and worked out thoroughly each and every day this past week, hitting my goal of 7 workouts in 7 days! This lil momma is gonna keep on truckin’, I hope you all like the newest episode, let me know what you think.
