Picture Progress and Weigh in Sunday! 5/3/15

Good evening everyone, I am checking in late today because of a dinner engagement we had this evening. However, better late than never!! I woke up this morning weighed in, and went to my Sunday morning workout! I have to say I have been busting my tail the past two weeks trying to get ready for our trip to Las Vegas at the end of the month! Feeling good, and looking Fabulous in Vegas is one of my first summer workout goals and I have been giving it my BEST shot!

I have to tell you all that I will NOT be WEIGHING in for the next few Sunday’s before my trip. I just think it is healthier (mentally) to just keep on pushing through my workouts, eating properly, staying away from alcohol, taking my vitamins, keeping hydrated and NOT know what that pesky little scale says! LOL!! I feel and see my body changing and I am doing all that I can, and more some days! I have been hitting it from all angles to ensure that I reach my fitness goals with strength, and health above anything else. Even knowing ALL that I know about weight fluctuation, water weight, and muscle mass vs. fat seeing a number on the scale that seems a bit high still, can creep into my psyche and put a tiny damper on my energetic mood…. SO it’s settled, NO MORE SCALE until I get home from my trip!

I will still be taking pictures on Sunday’s, just no number will be attached to the photo. Today was my first weigh in in 2 weeks and I did have progress! (WHEW)!! I weighed in this morning at 167.8lbs, I finally broke into the 160’s and I am THRILLED! So, I burned off 4.7 lbs in 2 weeks and I am very happy and proud of that. Still….. NO MORE WEIGHING… LOL!!
