Good morning earthlings!!
I was up before the roosters this morning, and am now in full swing on this glorious Saturday! I woke up filled with energy and life this morning, just wondering how I could make this a productive and amazing day. I am thinking about getting my running shoes on, breaking out the mom wagon ( the BOB stroller) and zipping around town to get some diversity in my daily workout. I have really been hitting it hard lately and need to add a little low impact aerobic cardio in the mix, just so I keep moving without exhausting my muscles. Kind of like how they walk horses around after running a high caliber race! LOL!
I was fortunate enough to get into my trainer Scott Samuels at Push DT 2 times this week, and tomorrow will make 3. On top of these phenomenal high intensity, randomized, workouts he puts us through I was able to get 3 days of pure cardio as well. This Milfey is on a MISSION, and I am taking no prisoners! As of today I have 20 days until we get to beeeeeeautiful LAS VEGAS!!!!! I am finally seeing some results from all of the hard work I have been putting in. Regardless if I have my pre baby body back by the time we reach Vegas or not, I will be able to pat myself on the back and do a CANNONBALL into a GIANT MARGARITA, knowing that I am giving it everything I got on my Bringing Milfey Back Mission!!!!
I have not had even ONE drop or sniff of alcohol in a month and I am sooooo looking forward to it in 20 more days… I have noticed that my weekends are FAR more productive when I’m not nursing a hangover on a Saturday or Sunday… Or BOTH 😉 ….. HAHAHA! My 50 days of no alcohol and super clean eating are paying off BIG TIME and I am feeling so empowered as I exercise my WILLPOWER! WOOO HOOOO!!! I know that if we, as human beings, put our minds to something we can accomplish ANYTHING!
