Hi there Sunday Funday people! Well, our weekend is almost over and it’s time for me to do the dreaded picture progress and weigh in. I hope whatever you did this weekend it was fun, and good for your health, both mentally and physically. We were busy around here (per usual) doing all of the things to keep the household running. I wish I could say we did something death defying and outrageous, but Ace hardware, Joannes fabrics, the pool supply store, sports authority, and sushi are far from exotic… 😉
This past week was filled with healthy cooking and exercise everyday, the only day I passed on the exercise was yesterday (Saturday). Partly because I was pooped and listened to my body telling me to take a day off, and partly because all of those death defying errands we ran took WAAAAAY longer than we expected! LOL! Anyway, I welcomed the break and was right back at it this morning with Scott Samuels and the gang at PushDT and PUSHED we did… I am tired and am already in my jammies ready to lounge around, watch a movie, and then hit the sack as early as my children allow me to!
I actually watched my weight all week, I usually just weigh in 1 time before Sundays but I checked every morning this time around. I weighed in at 173.8 on Monday, 172.1 on Tuesday, 172.0 on Wednesday, 171.4 on Thursday and Friday, 170.8 on Saturday, then up to 172.5 today! LOL!!! At least I see movement, and I am 2 lbs less than last Sunday, so again, I’ll TAKE IT even though I was praying to bust into the 160′ s by this morning… DARN WATER WEIGHT! Ugggggg! HAHAH!
Anyway, I have to skedaddle because I am making Chia Seed Vanilla Cinnamon Pudding with whip cream and fresh strawberries for dessert. My mouth is watering thinking about it while writing this post, I will be sure to share the recipe either tomorrow or Tuesday night! Now without any further ado…….
